The rules that keep Tendex safe and enjoyable.
This page is maintained by Tendex to set expectations for behaviour on the platform. Everyone — customers and companions — must follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.
Treat everyone with respect. Consent is required for every interaction. Do not pressure, coerce, or harass anyone. If someone says no, stop. Report any behaviour that makes you uncomfortable.
Tendex is strictly for non-sexual companionship. Any request, offer, or discussion of sexual services, nudity, adult content, or escort work is prohibited. Profiles and messages must stay appropriate and safe-for-work.
All bookings, calls, messaging, and payments must happen through Tendex. Do not share external contact details, ask users to move to another app, or arrange payments outside the platform. This protects both parties and preserves the safety record of the interaction.
Use your real name, accurate age, recent photos, and truthful information. Do not impersonate another person, use fake documents, or misrepresent your availability or services. Companions must complete identity verification before accepting bookings.
Customers should only book time they intend to use. Companions should keep their availability calendar up to date. Cancel or reschedule as early as possible. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute changes may result in penalties or account review.
Tendex does not tolerate discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. Profiles, filters, and messages must not contain discriminatory language or preferences.
If you see something that violates these guidelines or makes you feel unsafe, report it immediately using the in-app report feature. Tendex reviews reports and takes action when necessary. False or malicious reports may also result in action against the reporting account.
Do not share screenshots, recordings, or personal details of other users outside the app. Video calls are private and may not be recorded without explicit written consent from the other party.
Tendex may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or ban users depending on the severity and frequency of violations. Some decisions are reviewed by moderators; others are automated for safety. Users may appeal serious enforcement decisions through the support channel.
